The Ashes - Girls+Cars (Expanded Release):

This is a digital reissue of the sole studio EP by the Birmingham, AL band The Ashes. It was a short-lived project lasting about 3 years. One studio EP. One regional tour. Countless local shows.

The Ashes formed in 2002 and by 2005/2006 they had essentially morphed into Wiseblood Vol.1, retaining the core creative members Ashby Pate and Shawn Avery, with a lot of initial overlap in the song catalog and participating musicians.

Originally released on CD - March 27th, 2003.

This digital reissue includes the original EP plus live recordings and studio demos
